Adding a Create CRM Lead to a form can allow you or a client create a CRM Lead in your Leads database when a form or webform is completed and submitted.


If you'd like to create a new CRM Contact at the same time as creating a new Lead, then be sure to set the Priority for Create CRM Client to be actioned before this Action.


In order to add an Email Action to your Form, go to Forms > Existing Templates > choose the edit arrow for the template you would like the action added to > Actions tab > + New Action. Then you can select Create CRM Lead in the Action type dropdown.




Once this has been set up, then new forms or webforms will be able to create new Leads when they are submitted.
