Once the customer has paid their invoice via the PayNow link, they will automatically receive a "Payment Successful" notification (complete with confetti spray) that includes the Transaction ID, Payment Amount Confirmation, and Date, and they will also be able to download a Receipt.


You can also set up the PayNow options so that you receive a notification as soon as the invoice has been paid by going to the Web Portal > Settings cog > Accounts > Invoices - Pay Now, and entering an email address that you would like the notifications to be sent to.

To enable notification to multiple recipients, separate the email addresses with commas while adding them to the field. This allows sending notifications to more than one person or company simultaneously.
