In the Form Builder, there is a sub list in the Toolbox which is labeled Entry Fields. These are fields where information is either entered by the person completing the form, or there information can be pre-filled if the field is connected to a CRM element within the form. All of these fields can be used as a Lookup field for a Database (see Creating a lookup field.)


The different Entry field types are:


Text Box: Your run of the mill entry field where you can enter any text.


Number: This option only allows numerical entries and can be used within calculations.


Currency: This option only allows numerical entries and can be used within calculations. 


Date: When selected in the form, it will have a calendar pop up so that you can select the date.


Time: When selected in the form, will have a 12 hour clock time selection pop up, including AM/PM options.


Location: This is the same as the Text Box in the way it can function, marked individually so that it is easier to know what information goes here.


Email: This is the same as the Text Box in the way it can function, marked individually so that it is easier to know what information goes here .


Telephone: This is the same as the Text Box in the way it can function, marked individually so that it is easier to know what information goes here .
