What do I need to set up a working Card Payment option within my form? : Formitize Help Desk

In order to use the Card Payment field in a form report, you need to have a Stripe Gateway integration set up on your Formitize account.

Once you have integrated with Stripe, then you can set up the card payment within the form. Drag and drop the Card Payment field onto your form, and edit the Field Settings.

Note: the 'Get Amount From' dropdown requires a Calculation field in the form, so that it can pull the total price from there.
