If there is a job that is definitely booked in on a certain date, but cannot be viewed in the Scheduler, then it may be booked for a time that is outside of the time views that you have set up in your Scheduler view. You can check the time by going to Jobs > select the edit arrow for the job > check the time under Schedule Visit(s). Make sure it is the correct time (including AM/PM)
If all is correct, then you may need to adjust the viewable time settings that you have in your Scheduler. Do this by going to the Scheduler > click on the Date/Time settings > changing the Set Business Hours OR selecting whether to Show/Hide Non-Business Hours (or date, if it is booked for a day that is hidden) > click Apply to save the settings, so that the job falls within the parameters of your settings here and can be viewed in the Scheduler.
