If there is a job that has been booked in for a certain date, but cannot be viewed in the Scheduler, it may have been booked for a time that is outside of the time views that you have set up in your Scheduler view. You are able to check the time by going to Jobs > Jobs List > select the edit arrow for the job > check the time under Schedule Visit(s). Make sure it is the correct time (including AM/PM)


You are able to edit the Time and Date Setting in the Scheduler  > click on the Date/Time settings > changing the Set Business Hours OR selecting whether to Show/Hide Non-Business Hours (or date, if it is booked for a day that is hidden) > click Apply to save the settings, so that the job falls within the parameters of your settings here and can be viewed in the Scheduler.
