In your PayNow invoice settings, there is an option to apply a surcharge to invoices that are paid through PayNow. This is to help cover the fees for using PayNow. It is calculated as a percentage of the invoice total and added to the total price when processing a payment through PayNow.

We encourage Formitize users who wish to use the PayNow feature, to be sure to learn more about legal and ethical business practices for your region when it comes to applying surcharges to an invoice.
