Formitize allows you to generate an API Link for a Form Report, making it possible to access your Form data through external platforms such as Power BI.
To generate an API Link, you will first need to create a Form Report using the Form Reporting feature.
To create a Form Report in the Web Portal > Forms > Form Reporting > Select the Form Template you would like to report on > Choose the columns and filters you would like to include > Generate your Report.
Once your Report has been created, select Manage CSV Reports in the top-right corner of the Form Reporting page.
This will display a list of your available Form Reports, along with their corresponding API Links.
You can then copy the API Link for the relevant Report and use it to connect your Form data with an external reporting platform, such as Power BI.
Note: The information available through the API Link is based on the columns and filters configured within your Form Report.
