In the Scheduler view, you can now access and/or edit User details of a job via a smooth drawer that appears from the right of the screen.


  • In Day View, click on the User's name




  • In Week View, click on the User's photo icon




  • In any of the views, click on the job and select 'View Assigned To Details'.




In the drawer, you have the ability to view the User's Business details (such as User type, job title, work number and email address, etc), and also their Private details (such as home address, emergency contacts, birthday, etc).


You also have the option of selecting the window pop-out arrow on the top right corner, which will open a new tab with the User's full profile and permissions. Or you can use the Edit pen tool and edit the Users details in another drawer.

- (Note: You cannot edit the User permissions within the drawer, you can only do that from the user's profile and permissions page.)


Finally, there are the contact options that appear beside the contact information details, such as SMS and email.



Editing User Details: 


To edit the User details, select either the Edit pen, or the pop-out tab function. Selecting the Edit tool will bring up the following drawer, which you can then edit:



Sending User communications


By clicking on one of the communications icons beside the User's contact details, you will bring up another drawer, where you can enter the communication you wish to send, and then send it to the User's phone or email address (depend on which one you select).


The User's contact details will automatically populate in the To field, and you can select the message type (between Email, SMS, and PDF Letter that can be printed out). Enter the text for your communication and select the settings you would like and then click Send, or select the arrow beside Send for the Send & Task option, which will also create a Task connected to the communication..


For Email, there will be extra options, to preview the message and send yourself a copy as well.
