In the Scheduler view you are able to access and/or edit User details of a job via a drawer that appears from the right side of the screen. This can only be done in the Web Portal by going to the Scheduler > Click on the Users Name in Day or Week view > Selecting the Edit pencil > Edit the Users details > Save.
