Select the Map option, and use the Users dropdown list to locate them and where their next job will be.




You will be able to estimate where your field agent is by the status of their current job(s), compared to the distance and estimated time it will take to complete their upcoming ones.


In the Web Portal, go to CRM > Scheduler.


In the Scheduler, make sure that you have the Day View set.




To locate a Field Agent based on their job status, you can then click on the map tool icon beside that User's name. This will pull the map up beside the Scheduler day view so that you can see where your Field Agent's current job is supposed to be.
