You can change the appearance of the Client Portal in the settings. In the Web Portal, go to the Settings cog > Client Portal > Client Portal Settings. (Note: If you cannot access the settings, then you may need to opt in to the Client Portal module.)


The first few settings determine how the Client Portal will appear for your customer, and the welcome message:



  • Branding: This is what will display at the top of the Client Portal, and it can be adjusted so that you are only using the Logo, or whether you would like further text accompanying your logo. You can also apply padding to the logo, if you would like a little space around it.


  • Background colour: This is the default background colour setting for your logo and can be left as a transparent option, or you can select a colour that you would like (such as the main colour that represents your business).


  • Welcome message: This is the message which will greet the customer when they are invited to access the Client Portal. You can include Placeholders for your company's business information, and the initial date that your customer is invited to access the Client Portal.
