The Formitize Client Portal allows your clients to:

  • View Reports and Photos Anytime: Clients can access job reports and photos at their convenience without needing to request copies from the business.
  • High-Quality Downloads: Clients can view and download photos in full quality, providing better clarity and detail.
  • Reduced Interruptions: By providing easy access to these documents, businesses can save time and reduce the frequency of client inquiries.


In the Web Portal, go to the Settings cog > Client Portal > Client Portal Settings > scroll down to Portal Features and select Jobs > scroll down to edit the Job Settings.


In these settings you can not only determine what jobs will be available for clients to view by the job status, but can also select whether you want them to be able to view and download photos related to the job, whether the invoice must be paid before a customer can view or download reports, and what job information you would like to be visible for customers.


Once you have adjusted the settings to you and your customers' needs, then select Save at the bottom of the page.
