In the Web Portal, go to the Settings cog > Client Portal > Client Portal Settings > Portal Features > select Jobs > Job Settings.


In these settings you can not only determine what jobs will be available for clients to view by the job status, but can also select whether you want them to be able to view and download photos related to the job, whether the invoice must be paid before a customer can view or download reports, and what job information you would like to be visible for customers.


Once you have adjusted the settings to you and your customers' needs, then select Save.
