Through the Client Portal feature, your clients will be able to not only view their quotes and accept them with Formitize's QuoteAccept module. They can also request a quote if you have a webform set up with accessibility for the customers to submit. 


 The QuoteAccept feature in conjunction with the Client Portal offers several advantages:

To grant access for customers to view their quotes, in the Web Portal go to the Settings cog > Client Portal > Client Portal Settings > scroll down to the Portal Settings and select Quotes.

 

You can make sure that you have QuoteAccept enabled by going to the Settings cog > Accounts > Quotes > scroll down to QuoteAccept and select Yes under Enable QuoteAccept. Then enter the email address that you would like your client's accepted / declined notifications to go to, so that you know when they have accepted or declined a quote.
