Currently you can only grant your customer access to their Client Portal via your Formitize Web Portal. (Note: To access the Client Portal feature, you will need to have opted in to Client Portal for access.)
1. Go to CRM > All Contacts > Edit arrow for the contact you wish to grant access to.
2. Select the Client Portal symbol to open the Client Portal drawer.
3. Select what information you would like the client to have access to (you can toggle the accessible information for Jobs, Invoices and Quotes that you have already set up in the Client Portal Settings.)
4. Select the checkbox for the contact you want to grant access > Enable Access.
After you've enabled access, your customer will receive an email with a link to the Portal Login.
Once they've logged in with their email, and received the access link, your customer will then be able to access all the information that is available for them in the Client Portal.
