The Client Portal is streamlined to help your customers view the invoices, quotes, jobs, reports and images that are connected to their client account. Once they have access and log in to their Client Portal, they will find their options easy to view.


Sidebar:


The collapsible sidebar allows for simple navigation between the sections that have been made available. The options that can be chosen to made viewable for client are Jobs, Quotes, and Invoices. These records also include any form reports, agreements, attachments or images that are connected to the job forms and/or invoicing.


Under the Actions heading, the client can also find any webforms that have been made available for them to view and/or submit directly and securely from their Client Portal straight to the business.



Dashboard:


The page that the client is initially navigated to upon accessing the Client Portal, where there will be a summary of how many jobs, quotes or invoices connected to their account. It also displays how much they owe on their invoices, and lists the most recent activity as well as anything that has been booked in for a future time.


Clicking on the sections in the dashboard will take your client to the information connected to each - just like in the sidebar. There is also an option for light or dark mode.




In the Client Portal settings of your Formitize Account an administrator can customise what they'd like Clients to be able to view or have access to, and even have options for conditions attached to what they can view and when.
