If you would like to set up individual settings for a contact's Client Portal, which you want to be different to the default settings, you can do this when granting them access. Or when editing their access.


Go to CRM > All Contacts > select the Edit Arrow for the contact > select the Client Portal symbol (it will tell you when you hover over it, whether the contact has access to their Client Portal already or not).




After opening the Client Portal Settings, you can select what you want enabled for your client and what you want to leave disabled. Once you've edited their access settings, you can then close the side drawer.
