In order for customers to have access to webforms to fill out, you will need to make sure that you have access to Webforms in your Formitize account, have Webforms Enabled for the form templates you want to use, and make the webforms available in the Client Portal settings.
Once those are done, then you will need to make sure you've granted your client access to the Client Portal.
Clients will then be able to log in to their Client Portal on either / both a computer or a mobile device. and view the webforms available to fill and submit securely from the portal. The list of webforms available will show up beneath the Actions section in the sidebar.
If you have Form Actions set up for the webforms, then upon submission a number of automated actions can take place.
