Once logged into the Client Portal, click on one of the navigational options that will direct to the Jobs list:




View the Job. If there are a number of jobs, they will be listed from latest to oldest, and can be filtered with the search functions.



(Note: If there has been a job request form set up, there will also be an option to request a job on this page)



The Job information will be viewable, including Documents and Photos, by selecting either of those tabs. If there are no documents that are able to be viewed, then the report may not yet be completed fully, or the options may be set for it to only appear once an invoice has been paid. There is a link in the job to the connecting invoice, so that it can be done. Invoices can also be found in the collapsible sidebar or dashboard.


Under the Documents tab you will find the forms connected to the job, to view them, click on the name of the form. They can then be viewed, downloaded or printed.




Under the Photos tab you will find the images that have been attached to a Form which is connected to the Job. Only those images will be found here. They will appear in the collapsible section that is titled the same as the form.

Navigating to the job on a mobile device is much the same process.
