Once logged into the Client Portal > Select Jobs from the vertical or horizontal menu. 




View the Job. If there are a number of jobs, they will be listed from the latest job to the oldest job and can be filtered with the search functions.



The Job information will be viewable including Documents and Photos by selecting either of those tabs. If there are no documents that are able to be viewed the report may not yet be completed fully or the options may be set for it to only appear once an invoice has been paid. Invoices that are attached to the job will be visible and can also be found in the collapsible sidebar or dashboard.


Under the Documents tab you will find the forms connected to the job, to view them, click on the name of the form. They can then be viewed, downloaded or printed.



Under the Photos tab you will find the images that have been attached to a Form which is connected to the Job. Only those images will be found here. They will appear in the collapsible section that is titled the same as the form.



The Job along with the report will be viewable through a Mobile device also by following the same steps.
