Images can be located in two different areas of the Client Portal, depending on where they have been attached. They can be directly downloaded from the Client Portal.



Form / Report attachments:


These are images that may have been added to a form. Go to Jobs > View the job > select either the Photos tab where you can download them in bulk or individually, or you can download them with the full form / report by clicking on the Documents tab in the job, and selecting the form to view the PDF. Any images attached to it will show up in the PDF file, which can be downloaded.


Please note: The administrator(s) for the business / Formitize account will need to have allowed access to images in the Client Portal settings, and the form must be completed and submitted properly to be viewable (there may also be a setting that requires the client to have paid the invoice before they can view the report images).

Invoice attachments:


These are images that have been attached directly to an invoice. They can be found by going to the Invoices section > selecting View Invoice. The downloadable invoice PDF will have any attachments viewable on the next page after the invoice.


Please note: The administrator(s) for the business / Formitize account will need to have allowed access to images in the Client Portal settings, for a client to be able to access the images.
