QuoteAccept is a convenient feature that assists in streamlining the process of customers accepting or declining a Quote that you send to them. They can view the quote and then select Accept or Decline, from a computer or their mobile device. This is made even easier and more secure if your Formitize account has the Client Portal module activated.
If you would like this feature to be disabled, then you will need to do so in your Formitize account's Quote settings.
In the Web Portal, go to the Settings cog > Accounts > Quotes > scroll down to QuoteAccept > select No under Enable QuoteAccept > Save at the bottom of the screen.
