In the Client Portal, your customers can access job, invoice and quote information that they have permission to view. For the job options, this means that you can also hide a connected report and photos so that they will not be accessible until the invoice has been paid.
To do this, in the Web Portal, go to the Settings cog > Client Portal > Client Portal Settings. > Scroll down and make sure the Jobs toggle under Portal Features is switched on > scroll down again to Job Settings, where you can select either or both of the below options:
If the first option is switched off, then the client will be able to view and download the report attached to a job whether they have paid the invoice or not. If it is switched on, then they will need to pay the invoice before viewing the document. This includes the option to view photos as well. Photos attached to the report will not be available to view until the document is available
