1. Unique Logins for Each Team Member

  • Every team member needs their own Formitize login.
  • This aligns with our Fair Use Policy to promote security and accountability.

2.Using Multiple Devices

  • You can access the Formitize User account on multiple devices—but only one at a time.
  • Switching devices is seamless, a pop-up will appear on the previous device, letting you know another session is active. Simply click “Continue” to transfer your session to the new device.

3. Adding Additional Users

  • Need more accounts for your team? Adding a new user is quick and hassle-free:
    • Click the Add User button (or go to Admin > New User if you have the user permissions).
    • Or, contact your Company's Formitize Administrator to set up a user profile.
