With the convenience of Formitize's Smart Tables, you're able to customise and personalise the list of Resources so that you are able to find what you're looking for quickly and easily.
To view your Resources, in the top menu of the Web Portal select Resources > View Resources.
From here, you can select what columns you would like to be visible / invisible, and can select filters to sort through specific resources so that you can more easily find what you may be searching for. You can also set up a Custom View once you've set up the list the way that you would like, so that the Resources list will appear according to your saved settings every time you return to it.
You can keep the view as personal, or accessible by other Users.
