Often, there may be times that a form is changed slightly, and this can affect the Workflow. Or you may want to change around the triggers that send a form into the next workflow stage. 


Editing the workflow itself can be done by going to Workflows > Workflow List, or selecting the specific Workflow from the side menu.




Next, select Edit and it will take you to step 1 of the Workflow stages. You can select other forms that it will work with, add extra columns or stages, and then save before moving to step 2.  This is where you can edit each stage and how the Workflow processes, conditions, form fields affected, and so on for the form to trigger the next Stage.


Simply select the + symbol at the end of each Stage heading to expand the information that's to be edited. And the - symbol to retract the info.



Once the Workflow has been edited to the parameters that you want it set for, then select Save once more.
