If you cannot see or view the Scheduler it may be because you do not have the permission set for your User account or User Group to be able to view or use the Scheduler.


Your Formitize administrator can check this via the Web Portal by going to Admin > All Users > Select the Edit arrow for the User account to view their permissions > Select Scheduler > Save. 




Alternatively, the User group can be edited by going to Admin > User Groups > Select the Edit arrow for the User Group to view the settings > Assign Permissions the User Group by checking  Access to Scheduler (and Create New Job page) > Save
