There are a number of logs available in your Formitize account, which can help you to keep track of what has been done, when, and by whom. The Logs can be found in the Admin menu from the top of the page. If you don't see the Admin icon in the menu, then you can select More and the Admin menu will be in that dropdown. If you still cannot see it, then you may not have the permission to view the Admin menu options.
Note: You require the correct User permissions or to have an Administrator account in order to be able to view Formitize activity logs.
User Logs allow you to be able to view any changes or activities that individual Users have performed in your Formitize account. This is good for keeping track of anything that might have changed, if you need to ask a User what they changed or why. Our Single-Device Access Policy makes this even more effective, as a User account can only be logged in on one device at a time.
Email Logs
Email logs are useful for tracking your communications emails. You can see whether something has been sent or whether it's bounced or hasn't been successfully delivered. From there, you may be able to find the reason why (it can be something as simple as a spelling error in the email address, or an email address that no longer exists. Bounce notifications will often take you to these logs so that you can investigate the cause.
There are two email logs that you can search: Forms Email Log (this tracks form report emails), CRM Email Log (tracks emails sent via job, invoices, or other client related areas).
The Email Bounce Log is a setting that you can use for sending any bounced email logs or notifications to a specific email address, so that you're notified when an email fails to send. You can also create a summary of bounced emails between certain time periods, which can be sent to a specified email address.
The Reminder Logs keep track of all reminders that have existed in the past and that are also scheduled for the future. You cannot create any new Reminders from this page. To create a new standalone Reminder select the + New icon in the top menu, and then select Reminder.
The Notifications Log is a list of all notifications that have been set to alert Users in the account when they are triggered. These are often related to changes in the system such as created jobs, or status alerts, or Workflow or Leads stage changes. It will let you know when the changes occurred and what User was notified or connected to it.
