JobLink gives clients instant access to all job details, reports (with photos), and invoices in one place. By sharing the link, customers can easily view everything via a webpage on their computer or phone - no need for large email attachments or multiple messages.
How to manually Share a JobLink with a Customer
Go to the Web Portal > Job > Edit Job Details > Share Job. Choose one of the following options:
Send: Email or SMS the job link to the customer using a JobLink placeholder. You can customise the message or use a saved template.
Link: Copy the generated job link. You can paste it into templates or send it manually (e.g. via social media).
Scan QR: Show a QR code for the job, which the customer can scan on-site or in person.
How to Automatically Share a JobLink with the Customer
In your Web Portal, navigate to Jobs > Job Type Template, select the template you want to use.
Go to Job Status Updates or Future Reminders, set the trigger or reminder creation date.
Add the required content and press CTRL + Space to open the placeholder list, insert the JobLink placeholder, click Save.
This will allow JobLinks to be automatically included in your customer messages.
