To access your JobLink settings:


Go to Web Portal > Settings > Jobs > JobLink.

Here, you can choose what job details clients can see, whether they can view reports and photos before the job, and if payment is required first.

How can I customise how I communicate with clients about JobLink?

In JobLink Settings, choose your default email and/or SMS template. You can also add a custom welcome message that appears at the top of the client’s JobLink page.


How do I stop clients from viewing reports if they haven’t paid?


In Settings, under the Welcome Message, turn on the option:

‘Job Invoice must be paid to download job form reports and photos’.

This blocks access to reports and photos until payment is made.


How do I control which Job Reports and Attachments clients can see?


Go to Forms > Existing Templates in the Web Portal.

Use the ‘Job Link’ toggle on the right side to choose which forms are visible to clients.

Blue means it’s enabled; click to turn it off or on.



How do I hide specific job details from clients?


In JobLink settings (bottom of the page), uncheck any boxes next to the details you don’t want clients to see.

Use the preview on the right to see what the client will view. Don’t forget to save your changes.
