A repeatable field is structured like a table, but it lets you reuse the same set of questions to make multiple entries. This saves you from retyping questions or adding extra fields each time.

Example:

For a building inspection, you often ask the same questions for each room, like the room name, a photo, and any defects. A repeatable field lets you answer these questions for one room, then click ‘next room’ to repeat them for the next. You can do this for as many rooms as needed, all within one section.

How to add a repeatable to your form:

Go to the Web Portal > Forms > Existing Templates.

Click the ID of the template you want to edit, then open Form Builder.

In the toolbox on the left, find the Repeatable field under the Structure section and drag it into your form.

Add the questions you need by dragging fields (like text boxes, multiple choice, photo fields, etc.) into the repeatable.
