By clearing the App data the App will reset back to a fresh state as if it was newly downloaded from the App Store. If you have any un-submitted reports or work done in Offline-Mode you will lose that information. Before continuing you can open the Formitize App > go to settings and scroll down to "Submit Logs", be sure to let us know if you have followed that step and what report information you want extracted.


To clear the App Data > On your Android device, swipe down from the top of the screen, and press the cog-wheel at the top-right corner of the screen > Select Apps > Select Formitize > Go to Storage > On the bottom of the screen you will see Clear Data and Clear Cache - select Clear Data and follow the on screen prompts > Open the Formitize App and re-enter your login credentials. The App will then be reset with no data.
