The Session Timeout Warning lets you know when your Web Portal session is about to expire due to inactivity. This warning will appear after a period of inactivity and will prompt you to continue using your session or prompt you log back into your account once the session expires. To ensure all data is saved if the time out occurs, it is recommended to save your work regularly.
If you are getting logged out without this warning appearing, this may be due to your browser settings. If you are on Chrome (our preferred browser) > Select the three dots up in the top right of the browser > Performance > Always Keep These Sites Active and add Formitize as a site there, this will help prevent this issue happening in the future.
