To export information from your Web Portal > CRM > Reports > Contacts and add your Filters using the + Filters Button.
Once you have the Filters that you would like to Export, select the Download CSV Button, this file can be used as needed.
You can also create a CSV file of your Contacts database by going to CRM > Contacts. In the Smart Table, you can set up the view and columns you want included and then Select the Export button at the top pf the table.
Note: Only Administrator user types can export database information.
