In the App Job Card. When you click “Start Job” you will see “Web Forms” if a job has a web form attached when it is created.


Simply select the button “Email Webforms” to open the Email page.




You can use the default email content, manually write your own email message, or select from your email templates.


The webform link is automatically added to the email.


The email recipient will receive the email that will include a button to take them to the webform for reviewing completing and and signing.



You can automate this feature by adding the Web Form to your Job Type Template with an Action to automatically email the webform at different stages to your job.
