With the CRM Contact Management Portal Update, the process of creating new jobs, adding documents, notes, invoices, forms and more has been streamlined into an easy to use function, straight from your Contact's Portal page.
In the Web Portal, go to CRM > All Contacts > select the edit arrow for the desired Contact. You will come to a clean, easy to use, page that you can rearrange to suit your business needs.
Communications:
If you want to send a communication to your Contact, you can select one of the Communications symbols, which will pull up a drawer on the right hand side you can enter the details into.
Activity Tabs and the New button:
There is one section where you can view all your activity, as well as activity and communications history connected to the Contact. You can rearrange these tabs to your preferred settings, as well as hide any that you're not using, to create a cleaner space for your Contact Management. In addition is the New button in the top right, if you click on the arrow in the button, a dropdown will appear with a list of all the new actions you can take regarding the Contact.
