To export information from your Web Portal, go to Reports > Contacts and add your Filters using the +Filters Button. (Note: If you don't see Reports in your top menu, select the More option.)


Once you have the Filters that you would like to Export, select the Download CSV Button, this file can be used as needed. 




You can also Export your Contacts, using the Export function in the Smart table when you go to CRM > Contacts. This will export the entire Contacts list as a CSV file.


Note: This option is only available to Administration User types.
