Automatically send emails, SMS, Letters or create new Tasks triggered by the change in job status. You can customize the content of the Updates using placeholders to pull CRM information into your updates.
You can Add multiple Job Updates just by clicking the + button in your web portal under Jobs > Job Type Templates > Job Status Updates.
You can set up the Communication Type, the status which will send the communication, and use placeholders for the recipients as well as in the communication body, along with what you'd like in the status update message. Once you've set it up the way you want, Save at the bottom of the page.
