It is possible to assign a designated group for a job at the time when it is queued. As you create a job, you will have the option to queue it to a specific User Group.
Multiple Users
Jobs can be assigned to more than one user, each user will need to complete all forms attached to the job. This feature is being reviewed and further development on its functionality is coming soon. To add additional Users to a job, select them in the Additional Assignees dropdown (this is also where you can select the User Groups). You can add as many users as you want assigned to the job.
