Leads can be added manually at any time to enable tracking of potential sales or jobs. A lead can also be created automatically through a form action upon form submission.
To create one Manually, in the Web Portal, go to CRM > Lead Pipeline > + New Lead.
To add Leads through the App, go to Sales > New in the top right, or + symbol in the bottom right.
Leads can be created directly through the CRM contact card as well:
In the Web Portal, go to CRM > Contacts > Activity > + New Lead.
In the App, go to CRM > Swipe Left on chosen contact > New Lead.
From the Quick Actions on the Web Portal Dashboard > + Lead.
