You can view scheduled Mobile Assets, such as vehicles and equipment in the Scheduler. This allows you to see when Assets have been allocated to Jobs and check their availability.
To display Mobile Assets in the Scheduler:
In the Web Portal > Scheduler > Three Dots (top-right corner) > Settings > Appearance > Show Assets > Select Show.
Once enabled, switch to Week View to see your Mobile Assets listed on the left-hand side, below Users.
Please Note: Only Assets classified as Mobile Assets will appear in the Scheduler.
