Viewing other users' jobs is permission based.
In the Web Portal a user (with the permission) can see all users and their jobs through the Jobs list or the scheduler.
On the app, in the diary a user can view other users' jobs (if they have the permission) by selecting the three people icon in the top right of the screen to select with users' jobs that they would like to view.
