Emails sent through your account from the CRM and Form submissions will generate a bounce log notification should the receiver's email address be incorrect. 


You can change the email address for bounced email notifications in the Web Portal only.


Go to Admin > Email Logs > Email Bounce Log


Here you can add the email address on where you want your bounced emails to go.


You can also have an end of day summary sent, simply set the time and email addresses (your administration staff) that you would like to receive a copy of this log. 


After editing the settings, remember to select Update, to save them.
