Resources can be uploaded onto an Asset Card via the Web Portal by going to Assets > Asset Register > select the asset that you are adding the Resource to > Resources. You can drag and drop a file or click on the box to upload the Resource.
Resources can also be added to an Asset on the App by going to Assets > Asset Type > Individual Asset entry > Resource Tab. At the bottom of the screen, click + to add your resource.
