To update the email address for bounced emails, in the Web Portal go to Admin > Email Logs.

Or Settings cog > Email & SMS > Email Bounce Rules.

Within the View Email Log, locate the Email Bounce Log and specify the desired email address to receive bounced messages. Then select Update.
