You can hide an Asset Table in a Form and have it automatically appear when a specific answer is selected. This is done using Events in the Form Builder.
In the Web Portal > Forms > View Form Templates > Select the Form > Form Builder > Select the Asset Table > Field Settings > Deselect Visible to hide the table by default.
Next, add a multiple-choice question using Radio Buttons or Buttons and enter the answer options, such as Yes and No.
In the question's Field Settings > Events > Select Yes (or your preferred answer) > Drag and drop on the Asset Table Make Visible to make it visible.
A lightning bolt icon will appear above the Asset Table to indicate that the Event has been applied.
Once completed Deploy / Publish Template to apply your changes.
