You can hide an Asset table and then reveal it after a question has been answered. This is set up by using Events in the Form Builder.
In the Form Builder, select the Asset table. Then in the Field Settings, deselect the Visible checkbox. This will hide the Assets table from the form.
Next, create a multiple choice question in the form, this is best done as a Radio Button or Buttons. In the Items section of the field settings for the question, add Yes and No as the answers.
Next in the field settings, select the Events tab. Select the Yes answer (or the answer that you wish to reveal the table), and then drag and drop Make Visible onto the Asset Table field in the form. The lightning symbol above the form field will mean that the Event has been added.
Once this has been done, Save Draft and Deploy / Publish Template.
