To disable certain automatic settings on a Job Type such as a letter form from sending when the job is created for example, go into the Web Portal > Jobs > Job Type Templates. Select the job type you would like to edit > Access the communication (Job Status Updates / Future Reminders) > toggle off the enabled button > save.
