To disable certain automatic settings on a Job Type such as a Future Reminder or Status Update from sending when the job is created, in the Web Portal go to Jobs > Job Type Templates > select the job type you would like to edit > Access the communication (Job Status Updates / Future Reminders) > toggle off the enabled button > Save.
