After setting up the Mailchimp integration in your Formitize account, all Contacts of your chosen Contact Types will be automatically sent to Mailchimp. Here's how it works:

  • Any new Contacts added to your Formitize CRM will be automatically sent to Mailchimp.
  • Any edits made to existing Contacts in Formitize will also be automatically sent to Mailchimp.
  • Formitize will send each Contact's First Name, Last Name, and Email to Mailchimp.
  • Contacts without an email address will not be sent to Mailchimp to maintain data integrity.
