CRM Client information that is information that can be pulled from the CRM Contact in order to automatically populate fields in a form.
You can find the list of fields are available in the Contact information, and you can also add Contact Custom Fields in the Web Portal by going to the Settings Cog > Contacts > Contact Custom Fields.
In these settings, you will find the list of default fields that can be used, and you can add custom fields by clicking on + Add Another Variable and entering the information and selecting the field type. Client custom fields can be used when searching in Contacts. Location custom fields cannot. But all of the variables can be used in Forms, and you can set them all up to automatically populate fields in the form when a CRM Client or CRM Location has been selected.
